Very good GPS but too much trouble to give a direction and be correctly interpreted. Good images of the road.

Summary: Is nice to give a voice command but you spend too much time repeating the same instruction again and again, with out results. The magnets to attach the GPS is fantastic. The way it is designed is brilliant.
Summary: I purchased this item for my husband (he had an older unit Tom Tom with Europe that quit working after many years of hard use) as a replacement. He initially loved it because of the display, but then he took it on a couple day trip and found that it wasn't what it was cracked up to be.
Summary: I have the original TomTom and lots of streets were missing and it was frustrating to operate at times, but in all it worked for the best part so I elected to upgrade to this newer version and here's what I found. The voice recognition is not good.
Summary: Bluetooth does not work, I can not connect to my phone or to any phone. I will need to return it. I got another one. Bluetooth worked for a week, gps worked only in the car, battery did not keep charge. I would give 1 star now.
Summary: I was a little skeptical about the product at first having had bad experiences with other GPS units wrt to European navigation. The fears were unfounded. We drove over 2000 miles all over Western Europe and were not disappointed one time with the ability of this GPS unit to get us to the destination...
Summary: I bought this Go 2535 tm thinking I was getting the top of the line. I own 4 other TomTom's all are lower units and they work great. So did the Go 2535 for about 2 months then it would power down every time I turned off the car and loose all my trip info. That sucks when you drive for a living.
Summary: The only glaring issue I have with this GPS is that the screen is hard to see when there is a glare hitting it. Otherwise, it had not gotten me lost and the battery life appears to hold up well even if it has been off for quite some time.
Summary: I owned a TOMTOM Via 1535TM and purchased the TomTom GO 2535TM which I thought would be an upgrade. Both devices use the same software and have the same feautures. GO advantages - quicker processing time of commands + better speakers GO cons - heavier GPS and poor product design of mount makes the...
I agree - highly misleading advertising for lifetime map updates

Summary: Regarding the many comments below about Lifetime Updates not including the maps of Europe, I submit the following pages from TomTom: http://www.tomtom.com/en_us/maps/lifetime-map-updates/ Nowhere on this page does it say the updates don't include Europe.
