Summary: I am generally pleased with my gps unit but do have several minor issues. First the power cord connect is not secure and falls out with any motion of the unit. I had to super glue the connect to keep it attached. The unit will not announce an approaching turn perhaps 1 in 20 times.
Summary: Many reviews above talk about +ves and -ves so I am just going to focus on show stopper flaws here 1. If you miss a turn, the GPS takes forever to recalculate the route. Summary: I usually do not take the time to write reviews but this product deserves it. I love good food and good restaurants since I work in the industry but I am never passionate about writing reviews for places I eat at like I am about writing this review.

Summary: This unit has some really nice features. However, it is not user friendly at all! Mine died just 2 days after the 1 year warranty expired. Pretty expensive compared with my 8 year old Garmin Nice Try TomTom - but you're forcing me to go back to Garmin.

Summary: I bought several TomTom units over the last few years (and so have had to be creative and get new emails, since, for some reason, TomTom considers that their customers can only use only one device at a time, so each unit must be registered to a different email - go figure!

I have tested both unit extensively in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex putting them through their paces in some fairly complex routing and...
