Summary: This GPS navigator is functional but not near as easy to use as our old Garmin. It unplugs from the base way too easily, and seems to have problems accessing satellite at the most critical of times.
Summary: Bought the GPS almost a year ago. At first it worked fine but after several months I noticed that I don't get any map updates. I contact Customer Support and after several failed attempts to fix the issue they found out that my account was not setup with the right map updates definitions.
Summary: I bought this unit specifically for work. I drive around doing service calls all day and thought the voice recognition and bluetooth would be a great idea. Well I haven't been able to sucessfully get the VR to understand me once, It's always saying "did you mean".
Summary: I have used them forever. The problem with their newest Tomtom 2505 and 2405 is this is rushed to the market. This device blutooth will not recognize a number of COMMON phones that verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-mobile sell regularly.
Summary: This is the third Tom Tom I have purchased I have also had a magellan (will never get another) this Tom Tom is called a GO class unit like my others BUT is a totally new interface this will only be accessible via the internet but that interface is made through your computer.
Summary: The battery failed in my three month old TomTom G0 2405TM. I was forced to pay return postage in order to receive a replacement. The replacement is a refurbished unit which is, in all probability, older than my three month old unit.
