Avoid this product if planning to use it for couple of years

  • Summary: Sony has issued what seems to be a great product until you dig into the details and find out they aren't supporting it with map updates. I regret getting something that can't be updated. 10/2/2009 The Nav-U touch response is completely dead. This product lasted about a year.

Don't be misled by the brand name.

  • Summary: This GPS is great for the looks, and the physical design is solid. But what's inside is more important than the physical design. I used a 2 year old Garmin before buying this one. I'd say 2 year old Garmin is much more better than the Sony.
