Summary: I found the display very good no problem just glancing over to see ..but I am less than happy with the ease of use. To get the unit to remember my starting point home It took a while. It also did not anticipate as I was entering info. I had an older unit that crapped out so I tried Sony this time .They didn't knock this one out of the park as they do with most other products that I have bought.. Reception was less than my older unit.
Works great unless the display gets broken (display screen unavailable).

Summary: with advancement in electronics, this unit works well but obviously not to the standards of today's electronics. It performs very well when compared to the electronics of it's time. I bought it to replace a unit like it that I already had but has a broken display. My old unit still works but unusable due to no display.
Summary: Has good road info for rural roads in Georgia, also has maps for Canada and Europe, good for when traveling. No Wifi and hard to get regular updates from Sony. Most recent update from sony ($99) is from 2009 for North America, but is available online if you're tech savvy. Also unit is able to load Total Commander in so you can load pretty much any GPS software onto, again only if you are Tech Savvy.
Summary: Very Nice looking and very functional works very good with or with out antenna looks good in any vehicle big screen easy to read and follow directions good color and sound very good price would suggest this unit to anyone who is looking for a nice looking and very easy to use GPS
Summary: Since this one was actually cheaper than the 3.5 inch model, I chose the 4.3 inch Widescreen. My only complaint is that is always uses toll and/or major interstates eventhough a side street would be shorter. Also, don't expect it to work in large parking lots. The optional traffic alert feature is well worth the $120.00 for a whole year rather than the $50.00 per month price. Anytime this gps drops below $100.00 buy it!
Summary: Sony NVU73T 4.3-Inch Widescreen Portable GPS Navigator Am enjoying this wide screen version and recommend that purchasers take advantage of the free software upgrade available through Sony, taking this from Version 1 straight to V 3+.
Summary: I like this GPS compare to TOMTOM. Sony has faster update the route capability. You can update this device so often. Sony released a new map after 2 year. this device using a map from 2007. I am happy with this device! just updating is bothering. However still I dont get lost..That is all matter.
Summary: I had been searching for a GPS for a couple months and was unsure which one to buy. I had read all the reviews on here and it made my decision a little harder. I have always loved Sony electronics so when I came across this GPS for such a low price it was a no brainer. I was not disappointed. I love it, it gives clear instructions and it is easy to follow. The only two things that I don't like are, the battery life.
Summary: I bought this GPS because of the price/screen size ratio. I tried another smaller one, and the bigger screen size is definitely better, AND it includes all of north America in the maps, not just the US. I liked it a lot when I got it, but there was a free update from Sony that brought it from Ver 2.0 to 3.2.
