Summary: May have good features but it is EXTREMELY fragile. Some over paid VP decided to place a micro thin piece of glass as a cover for the screen it breaks buy light handling. I bought 2 at once and both were broken with in 2 months.
Summary: Firstly - firmware version 3.02 - latest. I will try to be as polite as it is possible, but I truly don't know at this day and age what dimwitted high school dropout designed routing algorithm of all Sony GPSs.
Summary: The most positive thing about this unit is the display. I've owned 3 GPS navigation units over the past 8 years (Magellan, Tom Tom, Garmin) and this one definitely has one of the worst user interfaces when it comes to inputting data.
Summary: Do yourself a favor and get a Garmin. This gps has so many bugs it is frustrating to use. Try typing in an address and it may input the number below above across who cares it does what it wants. The route confirmation option is a joke, mine stays on shortest route even if i click avoid tolls etc.
Summary: I found this GPS at Sam's Club for the unbelievable price of $119, it originally retailed for $300. I soon realized why they were being `liquidated'! As soon as I got it home, I went online and updated it with the most current system software-v3.12.
Summary: Bought the unit on Feb 13. It had firmware v2.0 in it. As we all know the unit is practically unusable with that version. The website doesn't allow you to download update to their latest version (3.02) from versions 2.0 or lower. You have to have the version 3.00 to be able to do so.

Summary: I've used this item for over a week and I got nothing but frustration. The latest maps are from 2007. Can't even find any of the four HR Block in a 10 mile radius. These offices have existed for at least five years.
