Summary: I have had a Skyaddie for 2 years and have never had any problems with my unit. If I have any questions, I am always able to connect with a customer rep within a very short period od time. I think this is an excellent product and accurate.
Summary: I bought his item on line and read the reviews of how bad Sky caddie was for their support. The worst support is understating how bad they are. I have now worked with them for 4 hrs this morning and each time i called in i was in queue for no less then 30 minutes each and every time.
Summary: most of theres reviews are from three years ago.i have no problem with my g4 the charge last quite a while. have no problem hookimg it up to charge.if not done correctly any screw will strip.and i paied 50.00 wt shipping not a bad deal.works great!!!!!!!
Summary: I have had the SG4 for 2-3 years. It has never performed up to par. It typically takes 3-5 holes to locate and sync with satellite reception--and I play the same course 90 percent of the time. The user controls are cumbersome.
Summary: Dont waste your money or time with this poduct. It doesnt connect to the GPS 1/2 the time. You will spend 1/2 of your time on the course frustrated trying to get it to work properly. No tech help available
Summary: I recieved this from my wife for christmas and I couldn't wait to try it out. The downloading of the courses in my area were not to difficult but not happy that I had to pay another $30 for a year of service. This thing has not worked on any course in central florida that I have played on.
Conclusion: I picked it up thru Dicks for $199, including delivery (UPS). I like it, provides information as to where "unseen" hazards/problems may be. Initial installation on my laptop was a problem, had to install and then uninstall twice, before it finally worked. Downloading courses is/was easy.
Summary: Used the GPS Five times before the screen cracked. When I called Skygolf for help, they were unwilling to do anything to help since the unit was so "old". I have had it less than one year. $179 down the drain! I will never purchase a product from Skygolf again.
Summary: I have had my SG3 for 2 years. I hate the sorry piece of junk. I did download 10 courses and it was a job. it looses satellites, loses signals, it is inacurate and not as good as my friends SG2 .
