Summary: This was purchased as a gift for my boyfriend who is a truck driver. I guess the Qualcomm in the trucks leave something to be desired, so he's been wanting one of these for awhile. All of the truckers he talked to suggested the Rand McNally.
Summary: I have sent it back twice. There customer service is very helpful but your without for at least 10 business days. Once while driving down road I heard a sharp electrical snap than unit qui all together, once I lost the centering screen and was unable t get it to realign.
Summary: Keeps shutting off on its own And gets the screen filled with vertical lines. Called customer service and got a very sarcastic and rude rep. The product is junk and the customer service is worse. Buy a Garmin instead!

Summary: I have sent in changes to routes, speed limits, and other stuff to be changed or updated through Rand McNally. They say free life time map updates. They don't fix or change anything. I am still seeing my icon going through fields instead on the roads.
