Summary: Not very user friendly but just like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" holds true. Probably the most dissapointing thing is you need to use the stylus to do everything unless you have TINY fingers. Also, not to easy to work with unless you are pulled over to the side of the road.
Conclusion: "What a disappointment! Everthing that could go wrong with this unit did ! the on /off button broke within weeks, the system shut down completely, the cradle snapped, the internal componants of the charger fell apart ! Now the internal speaker has broke.
Summary: The GPS unit worked fine on the first couple of occasions I used it, but then, travelling from Surrey to Manchester, the directions kept wanting to take me off the motorway, for no reason what so ever.
Summary: I have had this satnav for a couple of years, and used it all day long to find properties in my job, as well as to travel long distance. I also have friends who have other more well known types of satnav and have observed the problems they have experienced which I have not.
Summary: This is a good product. The female voice is pleasant, and the volume is adjustable. The unit can locate satellites even from within one's home, and it can work from within any cubby hole in one's car if you want it positioned neither on the windscreen nor on the dashboard.
