The QStarz BT-Q1000XT is a GPS device that is supported by the MTKII GPS Module chip and features a built-in antenna with LNA, tracking sensitivity of 165 dBm, and is powered by a built-in rechargeable Lithium-ion battery that provides users with up to 3 hours of usage time. The device also supports Bluetooth v1.2 Class 2 connectivity, mini USB interface, supports vibration sensor for speed alarm, beeper for time schedule, has a slide switch for on/off function and comes with a car charger, USB cable, rechargeable battery, software CD and multi-language quick guide. The GPS device measures 72.2 x 46.5 x 20 mm. It can operate up to an altitude of 18 000 m, at 515 m/sec velocity and 4g acceleration. The QStarz BT-Q1000XT is powered by the MTK II chipset with 165dBm high sensitivity, 66-Channel tracking, less than 15 second A-GPS fix support and has a stand-alone travel recorder which can log up to 200,000 records. It also features a POI button that lets users record point of interest immediately, 3-level Switch that lets users switch Travel Recorder to LOG or NAV (Navigation + Log) mode, a beeper function to notify users of status of device, integrate vibration sensor to manage power saving and waypoint saving, a time schedule function to automatically start logging and stop logging by setting multiple time interval in specific or periodic date per requirement, a Speed Alarm function to prompt over speed status by beeping sound, an update rate of 1~5Hz that is changeable by utility provided, wired and wireless GPS receiver and DGPS(WAAS+EGNOS+MSAS) support. The QStarz BT-Q1000XT comes with software support such as QTravel which can collect and track data, built-in Google Map, Multi-language support, and Visualization UI; QWizard interface for Utility to manage importing and exporting tracks; QTray Plug-and-Play function to auto-activate QTravel software; and has functions such as auto track split which helps users organize travel path; Track Edit which allows users to remove unnecessary waypoints; track playback function with changeable color and name; GPX / PLT / CSV / NMEA / Google Earth file format support, Raw Data Manager for selecting necessary GPS parameter to record, view, and output; and GeoTagging function for digital photo and generate KMZ file.
The QStarz BT-Q1000XT is capable of recording data up to 40 days, and is ideal for long trip arrangements. It allows users to log up to 400,000 waypoints, and comes integrated with a vibration sensor which detects movement status to save more power and waypoints. The unit also features a Time Schedule function that is part of its Smart Log management, which can automatically start log and stop log via QTravel preset. This features supports up to 6 schedule setting by specific date or periodic date. Other features on the Q1000XT include a beeping warning that alerts users when they over-speed, indicates device status such as GPS position fix or Memory full.See less

1. How can via USB cable transfer the data from QStarz BT-Q1000XT to Samsung Tablet (Androit). Is much faster then Bluetooth. 2. What Software (like QTravel for windows) can used with Android? Any ideas?? Thank you in advance Walter
