Summary: I thought the bigger screen would allow me to read the directions better, but it was TOO bulky. The preloaded directions were not accurate enough for my use. I sold it for a song and a dance and bought a TomTom a size down.
Summary: THIS GPS IS GREAT WHAT A SCREEN A BANG FOR THE BUCK!! PLAYS MOVIES MP3 PICTURES, RADIO, I HATE THE WINDOW SUCTION CUP ITS A PAIN ITS A BULKY GPS NOT LIKE THE NEWER SLIM ONES. BUT OVER ALL LOOKING FOR A BIG GPS WITH TONS OF FEATURES YOU CANT GO WRONG I GOT MINE USED FOR 40 BUCKS.
Summary: HUGE screen. Easy to see except when direct sunlight is on it. A couple of goofy quarks though. Keeps zooming in and out on its own as you reach major intersections. Displays linear distances in YARDS instead of feet. This is NOT a Garmin. But it is a huge screen. It does NOT have a battery and must have power at all times or it resets.
Digital Video Systems Plenio VXA-3000 Car GPS Receiver
27 December 2009
Summary: I dislike, I bought the Plenio VXA-3000 some time ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on it. It has , video and speakerphone. The size is perfect My only complaint is that it has not web support I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd not recommend the it if you're on a budget.
Summary: I purchased the Plenio 7" screen GPS because of the screen size and I have regretted the decision to waste almost $600.00 on this hunk of junk ever since. It's biggest problems are: 1) Reliability is very poor because the unit takes forever to lock onto the satellite signals and then it's computer freezes and leaves you lost while you are driving down the road oblivious to the fact that the screen froze and displays your position ten miles ago!
Fun GPS, Easy to use, but not the most accurate spoken directions.
Georgyo07 "Georgyo07", Amazon

Summary: Hello, I have been using this GPS almost every day for almost a year now, and am an expert on this thing. It's good for the price of $125 I paid, but would not go much more over that. The worse thing is that it tells you to turn in 100 yards, when it is actually 100 feet, It is off by a factor of 3-8 in calculating turn by turn directions. Othewise it is very easy to use, the screen is the perfect size for a large truck or SUV.
Summary: I purchased one of the VXA-3000's and the screen would not work right out of the box. I sent the unit to the Service Center in LA that was in the manual and on the webpage. The first time they sent it back to me because the sales receipt wasn't the one they wanted. I sent it back the second time on 23 April and have a sign receipt that they got it. I have called 10 times and either get the answering service or an answering machine that is full.
Summary: I have used the product for about 6 months, and every thing is great. Sure I had to call support to learn how to turn on the voices, no big deal. Maps are a little old, no big deal. Doesn't have an internal battery, No big deal. Features work great. HUGE screen is great. I would says its not real Text to speech but voice guided directions, there is a difference.
Summary: I ordered the Plenio VXA-3000 car GPS Receiver around the lst of February and received it shortly there after. However when I opened the box there was no mounting bracket. The GPS is vertually useless without this bracket. I contacted email@example.com and he stated he would order the bracket and send it, however, here it is 3-5-09 and I'm in Atlanta needing the GPS and have none.
