Summary: The Pioneer Avic-x920bt 6.1 inch Car DVD Player is a good unit, especially if you update the software. The good thing is that it is really cheap to do this update. Overall a good unit for the price.
Summary: Before I chose this product I did quite a bit of research -- I altered the dashboard on my 2004 Corvette to accommodate it. My Android phone sync'd perfectly & the rear camera as well. GPS is a far cry from a Garmin, but it's adequate. I am very happy with this & recommend it highly.
The AVIC-X920BT has non-intuitive menus, poor visibility in average sunlight, poor touch screen response, and more negatives

Summary: The reviews were reasonable on this navigation blue tooth receiver. The usability, functionality and visibility proved to be much worse than any device I have previously used. I can not see the screen in moderate brightness despite setting the device to the brightest possible screen setting. I am continuously fooled by the order that the menu prompts arrive, not so for other navigation and audio devices I use. Avoid this Pioneer product.
Summary: Bought this unit to replace my stock on my 2010 corolla. Installation was a little difficult and I have to purchase a steering remote. But once installed, It produces an awesome sound. Especially that I set up my car with infinity all around and 2 alpine amps. Navigation was accurate but needs updating coz I still have the 2010 version. Bluetooth was clear in both ends. bluetooth audio was convinient and the Ipod/Iphone feature was great.
Summary: Well at first everything on the radio worked fine, i had it professionally installed and it was sounding great, the blue tooth worked fine until a few weeks ago it just stopped working, now thats a great feature to have your phone sync with your in dash unit and been able to play music from you phone without using a cable, the GPS works great and is on point only fault i have is with the blue tooth.
Summary: Great product, i have had it in my 2004 explorer for about 3 months now. No complaints and works amazing. Note if you have a iphone, you can control the iphone through this via bluetooth. I didn't know you could control it at first so i ended up buying a ipod connector. I recommend you have it professional installed, i had mine professionally installed and it took him a good amount of time to finish and get everything tweaked correctly.
Summary: GPS Function 1/5 If you are planning to buy this unit to use primarily as a GPS device, DON'T. The gps navigation software on this Pioneer unit is archaic compared to the Tom Toms if you have ever used one. The search function is down right unintelligent. Example: each time I search for a location it will not bring up by the the places according to my current location. I will bring up every single location it finds in my state.
Summary: Though this functions just fine ...the GPS function sometimes takes you the long way. Other than that, its a pretty nice unit. I have not checked for updates for the GPS but out of the box, I would think twice before following the GPS directions as a simple 30 minute route may turn out to be 45 mintues. That said, aside from the inferior map, the build is top notch. The touch screen has given me no issues what so ever.
