Summary: I like best of al that traffic is built in and free lifetime. also traffic works excellent right out of box. nice mounting arm and strong suction cup. compare to my tom tom. I like tom tom user interface better. Yust pricing is not reasonable and traffic part is outrages. also did not last even one year. i bought refurbished unit. back to navigon.
Pros: The features of this device are pretty cool. The 3d maps, signs and buildings (in some areas). Free traffic is excellent.
Cons: Speaker is very low. Not even close to my old Garmin Streetpilot C550. To actually hear the turn by turn directions, you basically have to drive in complete silence to hear it. Operating system (Based on Windows CE) is sluggish at times.
Summary: I purchased a Navigon 7200T. It is a nice piece of equipment, but beware! As of May 2009 Navigon has discontinued North American service. You are on your own. There is no live customer support. The phone number is a recording, and email is not particularly useful. I did not get a card with the code number needed to activate the Live Map feature. After trying several times to contact Navigon to get a card I received the following note: Thank you for your inquiry.
Summary: I've owned this for almost a month, and am still getting acquainted with it. The first unfavorable thing I encountered was when I tried to call Navigon and was told they no longer accept telephone calls and I will have to email or write for answers to questions I have. That's the pits!!Next, I had dificulty removing the unit from the mounting bracket.
Summary: PROS: LANE ASSIST ACCURATE DIRECTIONS CONS: POOR SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION CAUSES FREQUENT AND FRUSTRATING LOCK UPS, FATAL APPLICATION ERRORS AND OTHER ERRORS REQUIRING NUMEROUS RESTARTS SOME DIRECTIONS ARE TRULY BAFFLING Summary: I purchased the Navigon 7200T after obtaining a Tom Tom 930 T for my wife, which is very nice, fast satellite acquisition, great touch screen, and very easy to see screen and street names.
Summary: I have own other navigon gps and this one full of good feature. It improved routing from previous navigon device by allowing residence/local street(default turn off though). You can use the voice to input your address which is not bad.
The bad part is that the poi is not as good as before.
I received the GPS and work a few day, then it won't turn on.
Pros: Big Screen that loads up very quick (From a sleep mode). Life time of Traffic updates. Many advance features including but not limited to warning if your going above the speed limit.
Cons: 1st time turning the GPS on,&it was not plugged in,it gave me a fatal system error each time until I did plug it in. The bluetooth option did not work for either of my cell phones (T-mobile SDA and HP 6515).Tried recording each trip, abysmal failure.
Like another reviewer said, I REALLY want to like this GPS

Summary: This GPS has so much potential. It is ridiculously feature-rich and has so many great options. I've had the chance to use it for a few days now on some fairly lengthy trips. And to my advantage it sat side-by-side with a Garmin 760 the entire time. My final consensus was to switch to a Garmin 765T which includes free traffic. But anyhow, here's my review of this unit. PROS: -Ridiculously fast recalculations.
