Summary: I'm Disabled. bought this gps for travel and all it does is an error screen. I have tried for a week to get a person to replace or repair my 250.00 rip off and there is nothing, now it says item past the date of return. I just got the thing.
Discontinued product with no map updates available for the last 3 years....

Summary: This is a really nice product, however the company has sold out and has not produced any mapupdates for the last 3 years. It is not updateable. Garmin has purchased the rights to their patents but the only support they offer is to trade your Navigon unit plus cash for a Garmin unit..
Summary: I strongly recommend users to NOT BUY ANYTHING NAVIGON unless you don't mind NOT having any support. I'm not kidding. Navigon figured they would not be able to compete with Garmin and TomTom, and they no longer distribute their products in the U.S.
Summary: Poor quality product, unreliable hardware, teeny tiny fonts, tiny soft-buttons placed too closely to other hot spots on the screen, and ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. I purchased this GPS from Amazon at an excellent discounted price.
Summary: I bought my Navigon a little over a year ago. Its performance has been mixed, in line with much of the reviews here. However, I can now unequivocally state that you should NOT buy this product.
Summary: Navigon 7200T is a junk. I've had Garmin for the last 4 years and loved it, however, I was stupid enough to try something new with more features, such as traffic. Big mistake! Compared to Garmin, Navigon's touch screen is horrible!
Summary: Do not purchase this unit, I purchased this unit 6 months ago, for 350 dollars. It broke, it flaked out, navigon has no customer support in the usa. you will be throwing your money away, you will get the unit it will work for a time. When the unit fails and it will fail!
Do not trust Navigon Lifetime Customer Service Guarantee!

Summary: They have poor customer service and they no longer serve North America. Buyer Beware! I purchased a Navigon product and I have had nothing but problems and the device is now useless as they no longer service North America.
