Navigon 5100 max with 3-D maps and voice prompts keeps me on the right trak

Summary: I had a Navigon 5100 max before I bought this one and broke the screen. I love this gps navigation. It's easy to use and has the features that I need. The 3-D maps are easier for me to follow than the grid type and the voice prompts help me not to have to look at the unit as much. Over all the Navigon 5100 max is worth every penny I paid for it.
The best traveling companion you (or a loved one) can have!

Summary: I bought this because a friend of mine has one and I was really totally thoroughly impressed with it. Before that I had never even considered buying a GPS but after taking a couple of trips with my friend using the Navigon, I was sold. I particularly like the way it highlights which lanes you can use (helpful with some of those tricky multi-lane 'where do I need to be for this exit' places) and you can hop off the Interstate to find a gas station or restaurant (which it...
Summary: This GPS is a solid constructed device very well made, can't say enough bout it very fast interface no noticeable lag, graphic interface is the best I've seen. Has a 2 year free map update feature with lifetime traffic reports biggest advantage is the price with superb craftsmanship A+++++.
Summary: The screen is a little small for those of us that have to wear reading glasses, but otherwise, fine. I was particularly impressed with the lane assistance, although it only works on in-town, freeway driving, and not on city streets. I think it's a good buy for the money, and if the 4.3" I just bought (this is 3.5")works as good, I will send this to my daughter, as it will be perfect for her.
Summary: it is a great value for $65. the screen is a little small (which is good and bad. good: doesn't block too much of the windshield; bad: not always easy to see). great features, but not exactly user friendly (make sure you have all destination set before you start driving). it's perfect... if you have a co-pilot.
Summary: Great little gps. Small and smooth so can easily be carried around. Clear and easy to understand spoken street names. All the features of high end models with 1/2 the price. Touch screen is easy to read and navigate. Simple straight forward on screen menues. So easy even my 8 year old can program it. Put in any adress and it will take you to the front door with 500 foot warnings all the way. Comes with everthing, Even SD card and carrying pouch.
Summary: I bought the refurbished Navigon 5100 Max GPS device because because I am new in the United States. Moreover, as new licensed driver in the USA I needed something that can show me the routes so that I dont miss my way when going job interviews and other important places with my family. More so, Navigon GPS is functional and cheaper for me. The lane assist function works perfect for me. eBay is the best place to purchase things at a rediculously cheap price.
Summary: Its look is good, and the map update is free download unlike Tomtom. However, it is not easy to turn it on, (some time it turn on with the first try and some time it takes more ten try). The boot up time is much longer than Tom Tom. [Yes, I have a Tom Tom in another car] When it's close to the intersection, the name of the street that is crossing is not displayed. [It display the name up until about 100 yards away or so.
