  • Summary: I bought the Motonav because it has all the features of the high end navigation systems in the market. The only drawbacks are the maps which are not updated, however i have not had any issues with directions. I highly recommend this navigation system.

Motorola Motonav TN765T

Robert Ramundo, Amazon
3 January 2012
  • Summary: This is the second one we have bought. We had the TN30 and it was ok but very limited. The TN765T has been very useful. It has Voice Recognition. With that you just click the screen and tell it what you want,(make call, address, or place),. No need to take it off to type and drive at the same time, ( if needed you can type in the info),. With the blue tooth enable, you have a hands-free speakerphone that is loud enough to hear with little issue.

  • Summary: We have had this GPS for 1 month now, we had a 4 year old high end Garmin. The Garmin worked very well and we were amazed at how well it worked. We checked out several new models and decided to try out the Motorola, It has been an eye opening experience, we are more than pleased at the advanced features of this new gps. It is very fast and we use google maps with pictures quite a lot. We appreciate the hands free cell phone capability also.

"WOW!!! We just raved about this choice our entire trip!"

  • Pros: The wide aspect minimizes blocking of view while maximizing useful information at all times. Love the Bluetooth hands-free calls and Google search! Just took a 300+ mile self-guided tour of 17 Ohio wineries and enjoyed every minute.
  • Cons: Out of 25 destinations it told us 2 were on the opposite side of the road. The voice prompt "Where am I" feature merely switched to map mode and gave us the lat and long. I think it should give an address or route and mile marker.
