Summary: My TN20 died & wouldn't charge.I contacted on line SUPPORT "chat" 3 times FINALLY GOT TELEPHONE MAIN NUMBER after 51 minutes, HOLDING & transfers. Finally got through to a TN20 Rep WHO WAS MORE OR LESS SHORT & RUDE. He said this model IS NO LONGER MADE OR SUPPORTED.
Summary: Ordered this GPS because I had one before...was suppose to be new...screen had evidence of scratches and when plugging it...was stuck in Mexico and could not change the location...the screen would not respond... very disgusted with item...not event worth the effort of returning...
Summary: My best-friend loves it. It's easy to understand its audio instructions she says, and she's able to comprehend its visual map directions. Awesome GPS to purchase as a gift for a friend or family. It is also worth the money you'll pay for it. Honest!
Summary: Arrived early and packaged great. This unit is so easy to use and provides everything I need for my trips. The price was great, alto I was leary of refurbished items. This is my first try at such and hopefully will turn out well. My first big trip will be next week and I can try it then.

Summary: The Motonav TN20 is my first GPS, purchased for a recently completed NYC to Seattle & back, cross-country vacation. The "Motonav Car Charger Power cord" supplied, was "Absolute Garbage!!!", the dried out cord breaking every time that it was touched during the very first hours of use...
Summary: Only had it about a month now, but have already used it a few times. Good overall, but sometimes it will tell you to go one way to get somewhere, and tell you to go a different way to get back home (which I find kinda strange).
