Summary: I bought this because it was the cheapest one I found. It does not have all the bells and whistles like other GPS units on the market but it does what I was needed. After I figured it out it was smooth sailing or should I say driving!
Summary: I bought this a few weeks ago in anticipation of a few trips this summer to places I've never been. I "tested" it on a short trip right after getting it, to a place I go quite often. I found it picked up the satelites very quickly, and never lost reception. It is easy to use right out of the box.
Summary: it would be a great unit if you could update it. the moto-web-site says " for legal reasons we can only update units in warranty" dont buy it unless you're going to use it where no more streets will ever be added !
Summary: I struggled with the idea of paying for map updates for my old but trusty Garmin c550. Plus, we only had one GPS that we shared between two cars. So, we purchased this unit for less than the lifetime updates for the Garmin.
Summary: Ordered this GPS because I had one before...was suppose to be new...screen had evidence of scratches and when plugging it...was stuck in Mexico and could not change the location...the screen would not respond... very disgusted with item...not event worth the effort of returning...
