Do Not Waste your time - no calibration nor customer service

Summary: From Customer Service to the product, please save yourself the time and frustration that I have spent. I purchased the MOOV 500 in October 2008. About two months later I noticed that the calibration was off about 1/4 of an inch. If you have one, you know that all of the important features are located on the right side (cancel, zoom, etc). For example, if I typed a "P", the letter "O" or "I" would come up.
