Mio Gps

miklittle3699, Ebay
17 January 2010
  • Summary: I like the Gps, it is very helpful. It is kinda hard to get used to the software on it, it is hard to use. After I learned how to use it, the gps unit is very functional and helpful. I think the software could be easier to use though. Not recommended for the technology impared.

A GREAT buy for the money

orion**13, Ebay
16 September 2009
  • Summary: Though it took a while to get used to some of the idiosyncracies of it, I LOVE this unit. I had myh first one for almost two years when it dropped while moving between cars ( as we were going to the hospital ). I got another of the same model. I have also bought additional units ( same make and model ) for presents for my sister and girlfriend.

A very good GPS with an excellent price

F. Burrowes, Amazon
9 February 2009
  • Summary: I have this GPS for a month. First I used it in Oregon, USA for almost 15 days.It was a piece of cake driving in Portland and vicinities. No problems. At that time, I was able to compare its performance with my sisters Tomtom which costed almost US$ 200. For the price, I am sure is better buying the Mio GPS. The Text to Speech feature is also a definite plus. The Tomtom had not this facility. It has also a slot for a SD card. I am using it with extra brazilian maps.
