Wish I Had Not Bought It

Summary: We have had this unit send us on wild goose chases - one time it suggested a 200 mile route to get to a location that was 70 miles down the road were on. The screen is difficult to read with polarized sunglasses - not enough contrast.
Summary: Impressive little gadget...if it worked. I followed directions in the "Quick-start guide", downloaded the Owner's manual and the Content Manager as suggested, even put in 7 addresses and updated the software. Other than that, nothing happened.
Summary: I don't think this GPS should sale on the market, because sometimes it works, sometimes it does not work , like all the letters desapear on the keyboard I gave to get a tomtom as a back up while I am working.to provide for my family.
Summary: Twice it was not able to locate the address I asked for. In addition, it went blank on the way to Maryland. I had to rely on my phone's GPS. My Tom Tom with no updates outperforms this Magellan with its free updates.
Summary: My 8 year old Garmin Nuvi is becoming a bit flaky, so I decided it was time to upgrade. I'm a field technician and rely on my GPS at least 5 times a day, everyday of the week. I noticed this model at a popular box store and the sale price seemed very good for all the features.
Summary: Not satisfactory in any respect! Touch Screen barely responsive to both me and my wife. Gave one set of instructions (to my home) of "destination is 800 yds. ahead on the left." The problem is the destination is 300 yds. ahead on the right.
Summary: This was for my wife, she wanted back up camera for her R350. I had garmin 3950LM, and i loved it. i was trying to look for the Garmin gps with backup camera, which garmin didn't make., so i've decides to buy Megellan's latest technolgy Roadmate 9250T-LMB with wireless back up camera.
