Summary: I have bought two of these, the first one I didn't use immediately and when I finally did it quit after about a week. Was too late for warranty. Just accepted it was just my bad luck. Three weeks ago bought another one and it did the same thing. I liked the size and ease of use while it did work.
Summary: Out the of box maps database was outdated. Unit failed on 2013 maps database update and then would not turn on or communicate with computer. Car mount is big and bulky and fell off twice. (Customer support rep) CSR will waste a day of troubleshooting and then tell YOU to ship it to them for repair.
Summary: I have used Magellan GPS units in the past and had been very pleased with them. I bought this to replace a TomTom GPS that had quit working. Initially it was great. Sometimes the cities were different than the postal address which made things complicated, but overall not too bad.
Summary: Unit was expensive enough I figured I would not have any problems....WRONG! Audio is messed up will not reset, makes a horrible scurshing noise prior to direction talk back, bluetooth is not worth using int. connects, its a shame. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT ITS TERRIBLE!!

Summary: Bought this item even after reading about the reliability problems. I needed a large screen to use in my truck due to the distance to the windshield ( i also might be getting older)The screen is great , maps are good and the traffic alerts salved me several hours on the last trip thru Houston.
