Summary: GPS works as expected but would not snap into cradle. I pushed very hard with no luck. Customer support didn't return my email. Very unhappy about that. They said call after 2 business days with no response. Guess I'll call Monday and see what they say!?
Summary: like other reviews - its good for telling you where you are - but it makes MANY stupid navigational errors that make you say "why in the world did it send me around the block instead of just making a simple turn". We will continue to map our travels elsewhere.

Summary: My Mac OS X system recognized that RoadMate when it was plugged in, Magellan's "Content Manager" couldn't find the device to update the GPS. Magellan's support is only via chat and it appeared as if the had never seen a Mac.
Summary: It shuts off every time you turn the car off, it won't work without the charger although fully charged and you have to reset it with a paperclip and, most often, have to put the destination information back in! I guess you get what you pay for! Fifty dollars worth of junk!
Summary: I have used Magellan for years. This is a good GPS for regular uses. I love its features and it is very easy to use. This particular product is no longer manufactured; instead the company is making more expensive versions. I had this same version for 4 years, and suddenly it stopped working.
Summary: This is refurbished so i did not expect much. But this came as defective and i thought at least seller should have checked and fixed the issue before sold it again. The product was not responding to my touch and until tried several time to get it work on the navigation, then the response time...
