Summary: The unit worked, but the maps were outdated. The windshield mount was very awkard and had one part that was prone to break. The one part did break and the customer service from magellan was AWFUL. The unit was still under warranty but they kept putting me off. I called six times over two months and they said each time that they were mailing me the new part.
Summary: My unit worked well for a short while then broke. It suddenly stopped turning on. Sent in for service under warranty. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! So far they have had it for 2 months. There is no communication about it, and every time I call I get their call center in India and the people there have no idea what the status of the unit is. They read from a script and are entirely unhelpful.
