Summary: This GPS is the slowest update I have ever experienced and I go back to the GPS units that read in degrees, minutes and seconds! The batteries are good for a total of maybe 10 minutes when fully charged. Not a problem as it can stay plugged in, but here is the trouble.
Summary: First unit died after about 6 mos. Had a difficult conversation with customer service(?) in far-off land, who was very difficult to understand. They sent a "refurbished" unit. (Neither of the units had a battery life even close to 5 hours and even when plugged in to the car, would shut down saying...
Summary: I've owned several and this is the worst. Long existing roadways mislabeled, missing areas, and near impossible coordination with a Mac. I have owned this unit for 16 months, yet my lifetime map update has not produced a single update. The software and support is a joke.
Summary: I have a old garmin that I am going back to, this product did not even come close to what I wanted will not update properly, no eta or speed cost 90 more dollars to get that. biggest waste of money I have ever spent

If you are lucky enough to buy one of their GPS units and never need anything else, including map updates, or ANYTHING...

From bad to worth here are my impressions: (a) The speaker is of inferior quality, delivering a muffled and unclear sound; (b) The unit does not support changing the voice; (c) The mount is flimsy, which causes the...
Summary: Age and failing eyesight drove me to buy the largest screen I could find. I found this baby for $149 so couldn't pass it up. First two addresses I wanted to program in weren't in the database, and my home address has been there almost 40 years.......go figure! Next thing..
