Summary: this thing stopped working after 16 months. tells me to enter a serial number, yet does not accept the one on the back of the unit. went to customer service, no help at all. might as well throw it in the trash. i only used this thing no more than 10 times.
Summary: I received this gps as a gift and for a while I loved it. Eventually I discovered that I cannot update this device. Why? Because their updates can only be installed by a Windows computer. I can understand this if it was 1998, but there's no excuse for it now.
