Summary: This is a step up for me, from a basic TOM TOM 140S. I allow Consumers Reports to guide my purchases of all things electronics. The Maestro takes some getting used to; has alot more bells and whistles. i do wonder why it says its sitting in my neighbours driveway...I am mworking on that. I look forward to the integrated use of my phone...and putting some tuneage on a card...and driving with it. I am happy to this point. Also, this is most defintly a $200 unit...
Summary: Great product. It has a lot of functions, yet it is very easy to use. It has some great features to it. I mostly enjoyed the bluetooth capababilities of the phone and the ability to transfer mp3 songs onto the GPS receiver from your computer. Overall, a great buy and I would certainly recommend it to anyone else looking for a GPS receiver.
Summary: I HAVE YET TO EXPERIANCE A BETTER GPS. BLUE TOOTH IS EXCELLANT FOR MY PHONE, THE DIRECTIONAL VOICE IS PERFECTLY CLEAR. THE ADDRESS ARE RIGHT ON. ONE THING THAT I NOTICE FROM OTHER VIEWERS IS THAT NOBODY MENTIONS THAT YOU CAN ALSO PUT 2 FULL LENGTH MOVIES ON THE 2 GIG MEMORY CARD(IN AVI FORMAT)ALSO I HAVE 100 SONGS AS WELL ON MY MEMORY CARD. I HAVE 2 MOVIES, AT LEAST 100 SONGS, THE BACK UP FOR THE GPS. AND SO FAR ABOUT 75 PHOTOGRAPHS ALL ON ONE 2 GIG CARD.
Summary: I had my GPS stolen while in LA and then I purchasd my Maestro 4350. Having already experienced Magellan and being acquainted with thte interface I thought why not another Magellan. I had no idea that I would love this little GPS so much. In New York, my Maestro was stolen from my car again and I purchased another Magellan, but not a Maestro as they don't offer them in retail anymore and I was so unhappy.
Summary: As with most things like this, how one likes it depends on what you are used to using. I've owned a TomTom XL series and liked some of its features. The Magellan 4350 is also an excellent GPS. But it has some different features from the TomTom XL. Generally, I prefer the Magellan, but would like an ETA (estimated time of arrival) and speed display provided on the TomTom XL. I like most of the other operational features of the Magellan better.
Summary: i bought it because i have another one just like it. i like all the features it has. gps works great, the only thing i dont like about it is the screen, its kinda hard to see it in bright sun light while your driving. other than that i like the gps and features it has.
fantastic. Fast shipping. GPS Magellan as described

Summary: My 4th GPS. This one does everything it is suppose to very well. - Bluetooth that actually works well - FM transmitter that is A+ (as long as the antenna is connected to it) - Sync's up to sat's very fast no matter what city I am in. Buy it used for 1/3 of the cost of a new one. Simply the best GPS I've had in the past 5 years.
Summary: ADDING THIS TO ADDRESS SOME COMPLAINTS: Many people complain about the brightness in daylight. GoTo Settings / System / Brightness / under power management choose "Backlight Always On" adjust "Backlight At Daytime" all the way up+++ This made a big difference for me. And like I said originally, I really like the bluetooth for hands free phone operation. NOW FOR MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is my third gps unit I have owned in my life.
