  • Excerpt: The unit looks great but it does not work as well as it looks. The Bluetooth is terrible, garbled and not able to be understood. The maps are older but not too outdated,the voice recognition is very basic and not of much use,it has a habit of freezing up and then has to be reset which takes about 5...
  • Pros: nice display and easy to follow directions.
  • Cons: Bluetooth and VR might as well not be included,customer service is a joke.

Don't buy

  • Excerpt: Bought it in February 2008, didn't use it until June 2008. It broke within 3 weeks. Won't charge. Have to send it back for repairs. I'm buying a Garmin c340 for about $300 less.

  • Cons: Cost. Broke within 3 weeks of using it.
