Summary: I BOUGHT A MAGELLAN GPS AND HAD IT ONE DAY AND IT QUIT WORKING. I TOOK IT BACK AND EXCHANGED IT FOR ANOTHER MAGELLAN. I HAD THIS ONE FOR 33 DAYS AND IT QUIT WORKING. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND THEY SAID I HAD TO SEND IT BACK TO THE COMPANY BECAUSE I HAD IT OVER 30 DAYS.
Summary: I'll keep it brief. Customer service is beyond non-existent! Bought hand held unit, worked fine in US. Bought Direct Route EU, software. Would not load on unit. After 7 months yes 7 MONTHS of emails/letters/ phone calls. Magellan finally agreed to exchange, but they sent wrong software.
Summary: Excellent Graphics. Very Pretty. But that's about all the good I can say. No printed owners manual - it's on a CD. Magellan seems to think it's more practical to haul your laptop or your pc around, which is what you'd have to do if you want to keep your owner manual with you.
