Summary: I BOUGHT A MAGELLAN GPS AND HAD IT ONE DAY AND IT QUIT WORKING. I TOOK IT BACK AND EXCHANGED IT FOR ANOTHER MAGELLAN. I HAD THIS ONE FOR 33 DAYS AND IT QUIT WORKING. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND THEY SAID I HAD TO SEND IT BACK TO THE COMPANY BECAUSE I HAD IT OVER 30 DAYS. I SENT IT BACK TO THE COMPANY REQUESTING A REFUND DUE TO THAT BEING THE SECOND DEFECTIVE GPS.
Summary: I'll keep it brief. Customer service is beyond non-existent! Bought hand held unit, worked fine in US. Bought Direct Route EU, software. Would not load on unit. After 7 months yes 7 MONTHS of emails/letters/ phone calls. Magellan finally agreed to exchange, but they sent wrong software. THEY DO NOT CARE, and just give me a run a round AGAIN. So I have a useless GPS.
Summary: This product is really disappointing. It has so many glitches: not always accurate in planning the best route, voice activation works about 20% of the time, the traffic kit is a joke. ok, you probably get the point...
Summary: THIS IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE. FIST TIME OUT IT TURNS OFF AND WILL NOT RESTART, HAD TO CALL TECH SUPPORT AND TALKED TO HODJI IN INDIA TO FIND OUT IT IS A ALL TOO COMMON PROBLEM WITH THEIR GARBAGE UNIT. OH VERRY GOOD ..IF IT HAPPENDS AGAIN JUST PUSH THE RESET BUTTON. IT HAAPPENS ALL THE TIME WITH OUR UNITS.. GO BUY A GARMIN!!
Summary: Excellent Graphics. Very Pretty. But that's about all the good I can say. No printed owners manual - it's on a CD. Magellan seems to think it's more practical to haul your laptop or your pc around, which is what you'd have to do if you want to keep your owner manual with you. Unless you want to print it out. But that's not the same. Terrible Routing. No via points.
