Don't be fooled by these good looks!

Lake4work, Amazon
10 December 2007
  • Summary: Excellent Graphics. Very Pretty. But that's about all the good I can say. No printed owners manual - it's on a CD. Magellan seems to think it's more practical to haul your laptop or your pc around, which is what you'd have to do if you want to keep your owner manual with you. Unless you want to print it out. But that's not the same. Terrible Routing. No via points.

"Good Unit, but customer service is terrible"

glenntr, CNET

  • Pros: Looks good, works good. It got me around Seattle WA (not from here) with only a few issues.
  • Cons: Customer service sucks. I have never dealt with a company where it is this poor.
