Megellan Maestro 3210 Car GPS

fuzzy529, Ebay
21 October 2009
  • Summary: The description of the Magellan GPS was what we were looking for. So far, it has been accurate on the routes programmed into the unit. We also like just having it on and using the map setting around town as it displays points of interests that we never knew were around (lakes, golf courses etc). The only thing we are not too satisfied with, is that the suction cup holder does not always stay adhered to the window, it depends on the temperature of the window.

Basic GPS at good price.

David B. Baldwin, Amazon
14 August 2008
  • Summary: I purchased this Magellan Maestro 3210 GPS as my first GPS. I did not want one with all the bells and whistles (just more to go wrong on them anyway). My GPS has performed very well so far and is easy to set up, understand and use. I have only had good results from this GPS and the price paid was very affordable.

Affordable GPS, With Some Flaws

Debbie Lee Wesselmann, Amazon
11 August 2008
  • Summary: When my Garmin StreetPilot's hard drive failed, I panicked. I had become used to having a GPS device in my car. Since I had recently purchased a Garmin nüvi 650 4.3-Inch Widescreen Portable GPS Navigator for our other car, I couldn't justify getting one of the more full featured models. Because the Magellan Maestro's price was right and because it had the basic features I needed, I bought it.

Dashboard Driver

CAREY BERRYMAN, Amazon
21 July 2008
  • Summary: I like this little thing. It has helped me get to a couple of places that were hard to find. However, I took me off the highway a couple of times only to put me back on the same highway just a few miles later. The map/software revision is almost two years old, so a new revision of the software and maps would probably fix that problem. It's still a nice piece of equipment and is leaving with me on vacation today.

This Magellan doesn't get lost...

Kenneth W. Chenault "every man", Amazon
6 June 2008
  • Summary: I recently purchased this product for a family vacation to Flagstaff Arizona to see my brother. On the way out we took only Interstate Highways. The unit never missed a beat. We always found the right road and turns. There were plenty of points of interests along the way, too. After all, this unit sports 6 million POI's, that's right 6 MILLION! The unit's screen was plenty big and bright for daytime viewing. The automatic dimming for night driving worked well also.

Magellan Maestro 3210 review

Christopher J., Amazon
4 June 2008
  • Summary: I bought this device due to its price and the fact it was loaded with AAA tourbook information. It's nice to have hotel and restaurant listings and those provided in the AAA tourbooks have always been fairly reliable. I've assumed a similar level of reliability with the informaton on the 3210. What I like about the device: 1) The device has a lot of features for the price. I suspect the price will drop even further as more devices enter the market.
