Geo for me o

citymom, Amazon
25 January 2013
  • Summary: I suspect this is one of those gadgets that is not likely to be around for too long with mobile phones becoming ever more sophisticated. But if you've caught the geotargeting craze, this is worth checking out.

Nice sized screen - as long as you're in the shade.

docaudio, Amazon
28 November 2012
  • Summary: I bought this as our first GPS unit for geocaching, and while it has many features, getting to them is a pain. The touchscreen (the only way to control it) is best used with a very small finger, or in our case, a pencil eraser. The menu is not particularly intuitive.

Let me explain......

Todd Thompson, Amazon
28 November 2012
  • Summary: I purchased this so that my wife and I can use it for geocaching. It seems like a quality device, however, if you are a GPS user, it will probably be fine for you. I have not used a GPS like this before and my experience is only with the GPS driving app on my phone.

Very challenging

Amazon Customer, Amazon
28 November 2012
  • Summary: This is a great unit. My only problem is that is doesn't come with any book or instructions. You have to go to the Magellan website to get the book. The unit is very hard to work with and there is a great learning curve. It's nothing like our C:geo on our smartphones.

There are many great features to this thing.

William Carruth, Amazon
28 November 2012
  • Summary: Striking a near-perfect balance between grit and sensationalism, it takes viewers through a world marked by violence, double-dealing, and racial division, with an emphasis on the ambiguous morality and personal and familial baggage that come with a life lived between the straight world and the...

This GPS is pretty good overall

goodwillhunting333, Amazon
28 November 2012
  • Summary: This GPS is pretty good overall. I like how long the lithium batteries last. What I don't like is that it's extremely difficult to see the screen in direct sunlight, even though I have the brightness at full max.

Nice Features but

dutchboy, Amazon
27 November 2012
  • Summary: I bought the 510 unit with the Summit Series bundle option thinking it would contain all 9 regions of USA. This option is only $15 more than standard issue (that should have told me something). You are not going to get something for nothing or next to nothing.

Not the greatest GPS for Geocaching

Amazon Customer, Amazon
22 October 2012
  • Summary: I was very dissapointed with this. It is just slow to change direction and pick up your location. We got it for Geocaching but it most places my cell phone does a better job. I would have returned it but waited too long to do it.

Good But...

Nick Ouwerkerk, Amazon
14 September 2012
  • Summary: Product works great. But the offering of lake maps for this version is very limited and did not offer a map for the lake I use primarily. I had to purchase maps separately to cover the lake.
