  • Summary: Cliffs notes: If you want the newest, smallest, most high tech up-to-date expensive GPS out there, look elsewhere. If you like something usable, low priced, with a big screen...read on. Detailed Review: This is my 2nd one. My Favorite GPS I've owned. Was excited to find another as they've mostly been discontinued. I love the Lowrance series of GPSes...very user friendly and easy to use.

Very good portable GPS with charting capabilities

  • Summary: This GPS seems to pack a lot for a portable unit, I bought it used on ebay for boating. I have the map and music model but without the proprietary headphones adapter plug forget about the mp3 capabilities. Anyway I bought it because I like Lowrance for their "no-nonsense" approach, I have a GO2 that they replaced after it froze completely without problems.

Good bang for the buck. Accurate, easy to read mapping.…

  • Summary: Good bang for the buck. Accurate, easy to read mapping. Screen is HUGE compared to other handheld models. If you're interested in mp3 playback while navigating then this is the unit for you. Most spec sheets state that the unit will only use up to 512 MB MMC/SD cards; but I'm using a 1 GB SD card with no issues. Only drawback is to plug in headphones you have to use an adapter that's supplied with the unit.
