Summary: Product is "ok". I like having a physical knob for volume control. Cons: - SLOW to boot. Have to sit with the engine running for 40 seconds before the nav begins. - Screen is somewhat sluggish. - Firmware is NOT stable. Will sometimes lose all of your custom settings, like you did a factory reset.
Summary: Purchased less than a year ago. Unit has crashed, will not reset. Called Kenwood customer service, explained the problem; rep asked if it was a desk top or a lap top. When I said it was a car navigation system/radio he said he would call back, hung up and nothing since.
Summary: The factory Bose radio in my 2004 Nissan Armada left a lot to be desired even when I bought it 10 years ago. I have been wanting to upgrade it for a long time. My family and I take a lot of long road trips. This was a really nice upgrade to our SUV. Kids love it.
Summary: This Navigation is garbage given the price. I've seen superior Navs 3 years older. The load time is slow, the menu, and over all display is unattractive. GPS display no better than a cheap plug in unit.
Summary: I bought this unit for the Garmin functionality which works great but the touch screen response is marginal at best. The boot up time is excessive and the log in security is foolish and from the documentation provided with the unit it can't be by-passed..
As advertised. This thing is great and has a ton of features.

Summary: As advertised. This thing is great and has a ton of features. I bought this to replace the factory stereo in a Saturn Sky so I could add weather, nav, and Sirius XM. The only issue I had was trying to get the right harness to wire it up.
Summary: Kenwoods device is simply pure, unadulterated fun when the wife and I are on the go. we absolutely loved our device, and the guys at our local Best Buy gave us a great deal on the unit and speakers to match. We are considering adding an amp and a subwoofer to this badboy yet.
