Summary: This unit has one MAJOR flaw. No map updates. You are instructed to go to Navteq.com but their site does not list this model or any updates for JVC unit starting with model KW-NT30 (mine is this review model number with a dash between the W and N - KW--NT30HD).

Summary: JVC CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS! I received my head unit and it was missing the AV I/O cord. I called JVC, as it stated to do inside. They said I could purchase one for $34.42 and they would waive shipping. That's not how things work in America!
