Summary: Let my GPS charge overnight, went to unplug it to put in my car the thing was dead in less than five minutes when I unplugged it, it had a full charge. The suction cup doesn't hold up or suck up to anything in my car.
Summary: I've had the HK 810 for 3 1/2 years. Cost $400.00 It is loaded with features not available on units even today; however, the battery is so bad, all the features in the world are useless without it. I tried to upgrade the firmware and the instructions say 50% battery is needed.
Summary: I've had my 810 for over two years now and have only used it a handful of times. The battery life is awful, just awful. And don't even get me started on the mount. It breaks so easy. And when it breaks, forget about harman/kardon support.
Summary: I really wanted this to work, as I had been looking for a PMP/GPS combination with video capability. The 810 had all the features I wanted, but had to be hard reset literally every other time I tried to use it.
Summary: [...] I was very excited about this product when it hit the market and I gave it a try... however my excited disappeared much quicker than I anticipated. Very nice GPS with million bugs that is completely unreliable.
