Summary: not worth wasting your time or money with it. it's an old and outdated version of gps, this model in particular is unable to be updated with current maps and is very slow to respond as I found out going to and from santa monica ca
Summary: this is one of the best , fastest , and easiest gps's to use . i have had this type of gps for many years the biggest problem with it is the window holder with suction cup . very flimsy went thru 4 of them . other than that excellent unit
Summary: This is a very good unit to have for first timers. It is easy to use, has lots of features for those who would like to do a little more than navigate. You cannot update the maps, so you are using old data, but this has rarely been a problem in the three years I have used it.
Summary: THESE ARE A JOKE THEY LOSE THERE GPS SIGNAL MORE THAN THEY FIND IT. IN A TWO HOUR TRIP THE GPS MAYBE HAD SIGNAL FOR 45 SECONDS OUT OF THE TRIP!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A REAL GPS. HERE ARE SOME GOOD BRANDS TOMTOM,MAGELLAN AND GARMIN.
Summary: Bought last year. It's worth the money. I paid around $149 including shipping and tax. It's get you to your destination. I went to Canda twice and works great there! MP3 feature is good but you have other gadgets to play music. Weakness: Battery Life is not great. Takes longer to get GPS signal.
Summary: Works very nicely and is sleek, but directions it gives aren't always accurate. Also, sometimes it doesn't recognize certain city names if there are two options i.e. a specific neighborhood versus the actual city name.
Summary: I am so disappointed with the HK GPS-300's GPS performance becuase I like it so much. It took over 20 minutes the first time to lock on GPS signal and so long the second time I had to give up on it. Needless to say, it is on its way back to Amazon for a replacement. I will give it one more try.
