Summary: I have used my 665 for several years, and gone almost coast-to-coast with it. It calculates and announces turns much faster than my expensive car GPS, and the XM ability (I have NavWeather and NavTraffic) is extremely useful.
Summary: I have had a Zumo 665 for 14 months I purchased from Amazon. I have two mounts and two antenna for it--one for a Goldwing 1800 and one for a BMW R1200RT. Two weeks ago (July 2013) the Zumo stopped recognizing both antennas. "No antenna detected". This is strictly for on road use.
Summary: The 665 is a good GPS, "whenever it decides to work". I've been through 4 of them.... They all had the same problem, the map animation on the screen disapears in mid use. The voice instructions work, the icon is there, but no road whatsoever. Your icon is floating in white space.
Summary: I was using the Garmin Nuvi 660 on my bike and then I decided to purchased the Zumo 665 for a number of reasons... One was that it was water proof and vibration proof... The other was the built-in XM and XM Nav Weather...
Summary: I have to say that I really enjoy the feature set and easy of use of the Zumo 665. I have used many other Garmin products and the Zumo seems very familiar to use. The unit cycles through menus much faster than the on Zumo 550. I really love the XM/Sirius radio while I ride.

Summary: I bought this Zumo 665 off Amazon thru J&R Music. I recievd it expedited service and am very pleased The unit installed on my motorcycle in less than 1 hour. Very easy to use and the XM and weather radar work perfect This is the most advanced GPS I have ever used and I have had 5 of them
Summary: Don't go near this thing if you have any interest in NavTraffic or NavWeather. I have now spent 5-6 hours on the phone in at least 12 different calls with XM. Bottom line is that they have told me that this XM receiver will not support NavTraffic or Navweather.
Summary: I have been using the Garmin zümo 550 for about 2 1/2 years on my motorcycle, extremely satisfied with its performance and quality. I decided I wanted to "upgrade" to the zümo 665 for a few reasons: first, the slightly larger screen gives more detail and is easier on my eyes.
Summary: I have been using the Zumo 550 since 2007 and have never had an issue with that unit. I do a lot of "cross country" riding so I thought the XM Weather with Radar would be an added luxury. I have previously used XM Weather and Traffic with the Zumo 550; however, the 550 did not have radar capability.
Summary: The Zumo 665 is a very nice unit. There are some features that I liked better on the Streetpilot 2820. The 2820 will prompt you to select "Faster Time" or "Shortest Distance" when getting a route to a destination. The Zumo's settings need to be changed before the routing process is started.
