Summary: Just got it and set up was a breeze. Then after using it, I downloaded the information to my computer and found way more information than I could ever use. If you like lots of stats then you will love this. Very comfortable too.
Summary: It doesn't really record the distance you swim but just calculate the distance according the pool length you entered. Though it's smart enough to add the length when you touch the wall of the pool. I don't feel the result is accurate so far, maybe because I am still learning how to use it, but it's already a big help for me to finish 500m without pushing the buttom for each lap. This elegant watch is also big enough for reading the numbers in water and dark. I like it.
Summary: Excellent watch, easy to setup and use (so my gf tells me), battery has lasted around 18 months of pretty regular use, it has to be replaced by being sent away though because of the pressurising and weve been quoted around 2-3 weeks and a cost of about £30. Records a lot of details like times, distance etc and syncs easy enough with the Mac we have.

Summary: arrived on time. well packed .works well in pool but dose sometimes add a length if you change stroke easy to set running when you enter the pool large display and permanent readout of total distance per week at bottom of display
Summary: This is a great watch and swim counter/timer, and I am very pleased with my purchase. The start up instructions are simple and easy to follow, and after a couple of lengths in the pool you can see the distance covered and the time taken. The watch recognises the difference between front crawl and breast stroke, but does not register back stroke or butterfly; it also identifies when you turn at the end of each length... no need to press any buttons.
If you stay within its limitations, it works perfectly

Summary: The first time I put this on in the pool it overestimated the number of laps I swam. I was quite disappointed until I realised that it only was inaccurate on those laps where I changed my stroke significantly within the lap e.g. swimming half the lap under water. On my next swim, I decided that I would only change my stroke from lap to lap i.e. keep it consistent within a lap.
Summary: If you swim a lot and you like to monitor your performance then its very easy and gives a good level of detail. Software upgrades can be difficult and Garmin don't give the same level of support to this as they do to their running apps.
Summary: I don't really like to swim. But I know how good it is for me, and it is efficient exercise, mostly because I'm so bad at it so I try to go twice a week. The experience of using this device in the water was very impressive. It counted my lengths with accuracy and was easy to see, and control while in the pool. Simple button configuration, large screen and numbers, easy pause function. It all worked well.
Summary: -watch is good, easy to use, a bit hard to see when in water, easy to delete instead of save your work out (button combinations) -I noticed when I received my watch a free shipping was offered but the seller wouldn't honour the discount since I had already purchased it
Summary: I bought this gadget to properly measure my exercise when swimming. This works really well despite a few dropped lengths now and then. I think the website could display your activities a bit better but overall, despite costing quite a few quid, I'm pleased with this watch.
