Summary: I am haveing such a hard time putting the addresses into my GPS, for ex.if I press the letter I it shows J!I even used a screen pen to go to the targeted letter, but it still goes to the wrong one.
Summary: If you want a affordable, very useful GPS, go with this c510 Garmin. You can always trust this brand and this GPS really gets the job done. If all you want is to get from point A to point B, buy this GPS. Its worth your money.
Summary: I bought this as a hopefully easy way to navigate around. For a very good price too! It's really easy to use the touch screen, and adjust too. I liked the simplicity and big fonts, but it's a little annoying that you are supposed to update it with maps via the computer, and it doesn't come with a USB connector for this. The GPS is the best out of 4 I know, it renavigates quickly and easily, and gives clear directions. Very happy!
Excerpt: I think this SAT nav was a very good buy and i am very pleased that i bought it. Ishould tell everyone that is searching for a SAT nav i would say that you are getting a good deal with this price.
Summary: Got if for my sister, she loved it. nice clear maps and easy to use. sometimes verbal directions a little close to destination, causing you to stop, reverse or turn vehicle around, as turning point missed. Apart from that. Good.
Summary: This was my first introduction to sat navs having had the C510 bought as a Christmas present 3 years ago. Have to say that the unit has got me to the front doors 95% of the time having only had one or two minor issues with post codes and the actual property location. Bought a GTM 21 TMC traffic lead for it as an optional extra online and found this to be a really useful addition.
Summary: I bought this unit 3 weeks ago from Halfords for £99 and have used it almost everyday since. Its a very good example of using good technology to make a very user-friendly product. It was very easy to set-up straight out of the box and personalise after registering on the Garmin website. Then Garmin sent me a map update CD which I connected to the unit via my laptop and let the CD installer do its job.
Summary: i am a little disappointed by this sat-nav the other day i was travelling on the motorway and it kept telling me to do U-turns which was incorrect, luckily i had a rough idea where i was heading. i dont think its driver friendly especially when typing in addresses and postcodes. it keeps falling off the windscreen very annoying when driving.
