Summary: When you log in an actual street address, the Garman work like a charm. However when I had to log in a Highway or a Route, the Garman will not accept and keeps returning you to previous page. I E-Mailed a request for help and they responded that I would be contacted shortly. They did NOT contact me.
Summary: I bought this unit to replace an older TomTom. While this unit has a few features that I think are better than my old GPS, it has a couple major downsides. One small complaint is the packaging you get with a refurb. The Garmin comes with it's various pieces just lumped in a generic box, with only a bubble envelope for protection, and this allows the unit to bounce around in the box with the other pieces.

Summary: I find using it frustrating at times. Sometimes it acts right, other times it does not. I am thinking about returning and buying a little bit more expensive one. You type in an address, it says "No matches found" and at other times it takes you round and round in circles when place U looking for is around the corner.
Summary: Not much different from the comparable TomTom model. The look of the screen was odd and I couldnt get use to it. But my biggest qualm is that this Garmin does not automatically display the street name you are on. Which is crazy. As a police officer, i need to be able to glance at the screen without hitting any additional button just to find whats my current street. And TomTom has so many much more customizable features.
Excerpt: Large display and neat graphics but actual travel info is minimal at best. Must choose between distance, time of arrival or traveled time doesn't display all info like competitor's models. Displays either posted speed limit or your current speed not both. Turning unit off requires re-selecting destination. Unit doesn't remember your selected destination. Voice responses are very helpful at times. Not the best unit I've owned but will have to do for now.
Summary: I bought this because a friend of mine has one and it seemed to be a nice device. His was. Mine came from the factory requiring a download, Don't know why they don't ship them ready to use but that is neither here nor there. No where in the box were there any instructions on how to turn the device on. It came on by itself as I was attaching the windshield suction device.
Summary: I purchased this GPS at a higher price because the product description states that the GPS is back up camera compatible, AND back up camera INCLUDED. There was NO back up camera. This will be the second GPS returned for inaccurate product description.
I'd like for my Garmin to actually know where I am!

Summary: This garmin is sleek and looks quite nice, but it's constantly getting my location wrong by a street or 2 in a random direction. I'm a delivery driver and I use the GPS to speed up my routes, but I probably should have stuck with my old garmin (nuvi 40) instead of buying this annoying thing. I would have easily given it 5 stars if it could actually figure out where I am instead of constantly being a few hundred feet off!
The pronunciation of some road names is very bad and they're quite straightforward names

Summary: Have not yet really used it in anger, only used on routes that I already know. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to know them. It tells me to turn right on roads that bend to the right (same with left) it doesn't recognise roundabouts that have been there for at least 10 years and it wants me to turn right where I need to turn left etc. etc. The pronunciation of some road names is very bad and they're quite straightforward names.
