Summary: I bought it because it says it has the capability to add trip planners but they worked for a while and then all the sudden now they are not working. I spent $399.99 + Tax because of trip planner features but now its not working. So, whats so good about life time map updates or life time traffic updates if i am not getting what i suppose to get out of it. I had worst experience with garmin and may not buy any more garmin product.
Pros: Faster touch screen is the only good feature in it
Cons: Can not download routes or trip planners from any third party program
Summary: Very easy to use, you can also pair your cellphone with the GPS so you can answer in the speaker mode. You can use it for car, bike and even for pedestrian. Actually, this is not mine but I bought it as a gift to my friend, because I already own one.
Great GPS for the price, feature and mounting features for a motorcycle/car
9 June 2013
Summary: I purchased 3790T GPS because of its power to the base of the mount, terrain feature, thin profile, and lite weight. I used the GPS on my 09 Harley Davidson Ultra Glide motorcycle and it led me across county and back to areas I had pre-planed in the "trip planer". I could see the screen at all times and had no problems with glare on the glass screen, which had vivid colors.
a system has most of the required Navigation features with reasonable price
4 June 2013
Summary: - Why you bought it? I bought it for my friend. It has most of the required Navigation system features. - What you like most about it? It's reasonable price. - What you dislike about it? It doesn't have my region Maps, It doesn't work smoothly/fastly especially when loading the Maps. - Whether or not you would buy the product again? I'll try to buy butter than this.
buy this with maps already installed, same price just with maps installed

Summary: This unit didn't come with any maps already programmed into it. We had to spend another $90 for maps that should of been already programmed into the unit. I have a couple myself and they both came with maps already programmed into them. The Garmin website is also kind of difficult to navigate around in, and the maps took a little over 10 hours to download with high speed internet, but after all said and done, it's a great product and works pretty well.
Pros: I've owned several GPS devices (all Garmin) & this is the best, yet. Larger, razor-sharp screen is its greatest feature. One must be patient using Voice Command (yelling doesn't help!) There are plenty of features hidden beneath the simple interface.
Cons: Mine has crashed a time or two, but a reboot fixes that.
