  • Summary: Its a basic navigation system. It has long battery life. It does not come with a lot of bells and whistles.

bluetooth not compatible with all cell phones

Overstock

  • Summary: The audio and picture qualities are good on this system. I purchased this system primarily for the maps and bluetooth feature equally, but low and behold the bluetooth is not compatible with the Samsung model phone we have. The website says check back peroidically as cell phones are added frequently. How lame is that when the system is sold as a bluetooth compatible device and our phone is equipped with bluetooth.

  • Summary: I purchased Nuvi360 for just more than 900USD, features and other things are good, but during Thanksgiving i got GPS from Mio for little less than 200USD. Both GPS worked well, i used Mio GPS in NY downtown under highrise buildings but there was no problem of finding signals, when we travelled via Lincoln tonnel we lost GPS signal (which is quite normal) but once we came out of tunnel GPS acuired signals in less than 30Sec and recalculated the distance and map.

Garmin Nuvi 360 T

  • Excerpt: The unit is relatively simple to set up and use, though it is too easy to mis-hit the touch sensitive screen, this is especially annoying when entering the pin (if using the security feature). Accuracy in urban areas and on trunk routes is generally good, but becomes quite poor in hilly terrain. In the Lake District it tried to send me down dead-end farm tracks several times!
  • Pros: Easy to use & set up, good price .
  • Cons: Localisation issues, lack of spoken information with TrafficMaster and Safety Cameras

  • Excerpt: The Garmin Nuvi 360 is a great GPS navigation system that has some useful extra facilities but some niggles which I will explain more about. As soon as you see it you realise it is only 1/2 inch deep, much thinner than most competitors. Navigation. The menu system is very easy to use. When you turn the device on it takes around 20 seconds to load maps etc. It comes with a complete set of maps for Europe..
  • Pros: Compact Sat Nav with street names and many additional functions
  • Cons: Routes sometimes use poor roads, Only one waypoint
