Summary: Great price and simple to use. Came with the previous owners details still in it though. Still if I ever want to go to the places they visited I can. Not up to the modern ones but at the price I'm not complaining.
Summary: I am a old man and I love buying things on Ebay and build up a good reputation I dont realy need any of the things I buy but I enjoy doing it becouse the system works so well Yours Truly 2011frankco
Summary: What a fantastic piece of kit, it might have been launch back in 2006 but still feel very modern and up to date. It is a very easy unit to use with a host of features like SD card reader, blue tooth, MP3 player, and books. The battery last a very long time and the screen is very easy to read even in bright sunshine. The voice feature is excellent like when you are approaching a roundabout it says a roundabout in clear English.
Excerpt: I bought a Garmin Nuvi 310 after reading a glowing report in Which? magazine. The unit is neat and stylish - and amall-enough to carry around in a pocket to avoid leaving it in the car. The power lead plugs into the screen mount, rather than the unit itself - which makes mounting and demounting the unit very easy. Directions are clear and accurate - although there is one major problem with this unit (and all other Nuvi products).
Pros: Directions are clear and accurate. Blue-tooth link for mobile phone use very useful.
Cons: Final turn command given far too early. No on-screen indication of direction of next turn.
Summary: Im a little bit of a gadget phobic, however, as my work involves a great deal of travel I needed a SAT NAV. I went for this one after looking at reviews and found it : THICKIE PROOF even I can tap in an address and postcode with this system and the hands free mobile connection is really easy to use. Large screen, easy assembly took me about 5 mins, also if you need to record where you have arrived its simple and saves the journey in its memory.
