Summary: No gimmicks sat nav, accurate, easy load in. I use as back up as in car Audi sat nav does not always find from address location. I use Garmin instead, it is more accurate and works well. Would use all the time but dislike stick on windscreen devices. Faultless navigation, never used any of the other functions.
Summary: Can't fault this! Easy to use, quick to set up. First satnav I've had so nothing to compare with but can't honestly see how it could be improved on! Even recalculates the route, without asking, when I took the wrong turning. Great. Even has the main roads, towns in Europe...... you have to buy an extra SD card if you want the street details in European countries.

Summary: This was my first sat-nav and I have absolutely no regrets about buying it. It's ridiculously easy to use, with a clear display and excellent voice instructions which are perfectly audible even in an open-topped car! It's also a convenient size for slipping into a jacket pocket when you leave the car for a even a few minutes.
Summary: I have used many different types of sat navs, but never owned one before. i brought this one in a hurry as i desparatly needed one for a weekend away. At first i was a little wary because of how cheap it was, but was pleasantly suprised with it. i loved it! very easy to use and very compact. its small enough to pop in your handbag when you finish driving. i would definetely recommend this one to anyone!
Summary: It is indeed usable straight from the box as it is fully charged. A few minutes for the once only connection to the satellites and it was ready to go. Nice to see a neat carry case included along with a USB lead and car lead both of which can be used to charge the unit so no need to buy any extras. The windscreen sucker works fine once you have cleaned the windscreen!
Summary: I was shopping for computer parts in a very busy city area that I had not visited before. The first shop did not have the parts in stock but gave me the post codes of three possible sources. I fed the codes into the GPS and successfully followed the verbal instructions through circuitous routes and very busy traffic. Shopping completed the GPS took me home. I would hate to try this trip using a street map.
Summary: I have avoided buying a sat.nav. as I thought it was a bit of a luxury gadget and that a map is better anyway - well I changed my mind! I needed to drive from Nottingham to North Wales and decided that it was a tricky route. This unit is useable RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX - very easy to use. I am now a convert!
