Summary: This item is excellent but the lifetime map updates are such large files (4.6Gb) that updates take forever to download. It would be more practical to do updates by country as many people do not use most of the European maps.
Summary: This is a great bit of kit. Love the bluetooth on it and so far the navigation system has not failed me. The lifetime updates are a great bonus and I really like the way it splits the screen at junctions to help guide you.
Summary: I have had my Garmin nuvi 2567LM for about 4 weeks now and am very pleased so far. Having previously been the owner of several Tom Tom sat nav system, the Garmin is a superior product in its delivery. I was attracted to this product because of the Bluetooth function as I needed a Hands Free facility for my works van.
Summary: hi when you set the sat nav up to go places like on motorways & when you want to come of a ju & round abouts it is a bit slow to catch up what road your going on to outher than that it is ok thank you.
Summary: By far the worst machine I've ever owned. I've never had a Garmin before, so this machine was a new experience for me. I've only had it a few weeks, but it has suddenly stopped talking to me despite the volume being turned up to maximum. It will speak initially just to say 'go to highlighted road', then nothing, which is a real pain. In addition it does not give basic info like a countdown of distance to go to destination.
Summary: UNIT AND MENUS The unit is strong and light - nice to hold, good quality. Bracket and charger well designed, no problems. The menu layout is very clear and easy to use, but remember the `three-bar' menu button is a context button that gives options depending on what is being displayed. That is the go-to button if you can't find an option...
Summary: I bought this unit (Garmin 2567LM) to replace my ageing Road Angel Navigator 9000 (which was a good unit but sometimes was unreliable and subscriptions expensive and expired). I have only had the Garmin unit for about a week but have covered over 400 miles with it. The routes chosen are generally more sensible than the road angel although some errors do occur such as stating the wrong lane at junctions (the map (so far) shows the correct route). Delivery was on time.
