Summary: I bought this after my recent move to be stationed in Germany. As any other GPS it's not a 100% accurate. However, after the update it has gained more accuracy. I like that it has great options to modify and customize the screen and views. I also like the bluetooth feature.
Summary: Probably the most un-friendly user interface you'll ever try. I cannot fathom the logic behind those stupid changes they've made compared to previous versions. When thinking about this product, I have one image that comes to my mind: "The Scream" By Edward Munch.
Had one but bought the new one before traveling to France
17 December 2013
Summary: I already have and was using a nuvi but wanted to be sure I had the latest updated road while I took my wife on a 2 week trip to France. During our trip I drove from Paris to the NW corner then South to the Mediterranean. Popped over to Spain the back to Nice the back North to Paris.
Summary: I bought the Garmin nüvi 2455LMT in the September of 2012. I loved this product out of the box and used it primarily for work. That was until September 2013. I noticed a couple streets were wrong or missing, and the unit had started to lag. I was happy It came with "lifetime map updates".
Summary: Two-and-a-half stars. At over $200, I really wanted to like it. It does look good; it is small, lightweight, and easy to carry; it has good battery life; and when it works it performs its functions adequately.
Summary: This has been my fourth and last Garmin purchase. The worst part of this thing is the map update process. The geniuses at Garmin decided to include only 7.3GB of internal storage when the required space for US and European maps is something like 7.4GB.
