It's a Garmin. It tells you where to go. What else do you need?

Summary: All of Garmin's devices use the same maps and software. Why pay so much more for gizmos like bluetooth and MP3 players? It's a GPS device, not a multimedia device. Just buy the cheapest Garmin that has the screen size you want and if you need any GPS features like routes & waypoint memory, make sure...
Summary: My original GPS was a Garmin Street Pilot. It looked like a tiny tube TV and had a robot living inside it. Or so the voice would make you believe. It was helpful in getting to where I needed to go but was a bulky little sucker and the map was old. Next I moved to a Tom Tom to see what they had.
Summary: It is much better than my old one........of course it's an updated version of my old gps. I'm enjoying it and the best part is ....when it ask us to take an exit , the screen splits in two screens..... That's the good part
Summary: This is my third Garmin GPS and I like the functionalities. I bought this one because of an upcoming Europe trip. This GPS is supposed to have Europe map pre-loaded. It was not. Garmin Express on my computer showed that I needed to download the Europe map (> 4GB).
Summary: Love this GPS; it has the latest map along with showing where the gas stations area and restaurants. I love the pictures of upcoming freeway exits or onramps. It even turns down the brightness at night automatically as it senses where you’re located and when the sun sets. Pretty cool feature.
