Question: Garmin Vista H can't be read by GE Pro on my Mac Pro

I have a new macbook pro 2.4 Ghz with Google Earth Pro. I want to connect my gps in realtime to GE Pro, but when I click "real-time tracking" "start," nothing happens. I've been able to download gps data to other programs (Garmin roadtrip), but GE PRO does not recognize the gps unit. Any help? Thanks
