Summary: I bought one of these in July 2011 and still have and use it in January 2015. When I saw the two not-so-good reviews I decided that I needed to do a review for this product. As you can see I have had mine for a long time. It is easy to use, and has NEVER failed me.
Summary: I have used this guy in saltwater for 2 yrs to take me to all of my holes up to 30mi off-shore. It stay in the boat all the time and hasn't let me down. It's smacked the deck hard in heavy seas and never fails!

Summary: Well, I must say I am impressed. The communication with the seller was excellent and they were very agreeable. My Etrex arived without a hitch and started up with no headache at all. It took about 3 minutes to get a signal (it was a cold start and was expected).
Summary: I first bought this model almost three years ago - and I've just ordered another as my old one finally bit the dust.
