Excerpt: For $ plus free shipping, you really can't go wrong with this little thing. If you don't need detailed maps and all the bells and whistles, this thing will get your location just as accurate as much costlier models (we matched it up with 62s, 30s, etc. and it did just as well).
Summary: I'm using this only for geocaching and found it was way better then the ap on my phone. Generally gets me within 3 feet of a cache unless I'm around something metal and even then gets me closer then the ap. And when in doubt follow the pointer!

Summary: eTrex 10. Is pretty cool. It could be better. I use it for Geocaching. Doesn't tell you distance to target. However when you get close enough you'll see when you are on top of it. Also would be nice if it had some terrain features like at least bodies of water, rivers, etc.
Summary: I use this a lot out in the flat woods where I have no land marks. It is a good simple track back. Map is not real great but can be updated or by a different map for your area. This gps keeps it simple ! Doesn't have all the crisp you don't need and most of us don't know how to use anyway.
Summary: Device is great, color would be nice, but for the price you can't beat it. The GPS can be used for multiple things and is a nice touch. We are new to geocaching and so far we like it as it is good family fun.
