GOOD BUT NOT GREAT

Summary: Just remember that when you waypoint something and you want to get back to your car or whatever, it just points to your car in a straight line like a crow would fly. It does not take you back the same exact route you walked in on, unless you walked in on a straight line.
Summary: This was a great purchase for hiking. It took a bit to figure out the details, but it's perfect to bring you back to point "A." There were places I couldn't get a GPS signal, so I'd be careful about relying on it in the deep woods, but otherwise a good purchase.
Summary: The device is actually larger than it should be to be placed in your pocket; maybe that's why it comes with a lanyard. I've not actually used the product, but have attempted to test it with mixed results. The performance is somewhat disappointing and wouldn't want to completely depend upon it as a survival tool. I primarily bought it because I've seen several of my friends, who are a little older starting to forget where they parked their car.
Summary: Bought this for my wife, who gets lost going around the corner, like there are corners where we live now. LOL! It also works great finding your car at large happenings with huge parking facilities, that are not marked. It's also a great device for trail hiking in unfamiliar territories, or hunting and fishing excursions.
